After a long hiqtus decided to pick a brush again and try it out on my very first proper conversiln effort. Still very much work in progress, but I like how the sword turned out! Comments and critiques are always welcome.

I like the sword. Drybrush? My experience is that a watered down layer of washed ink over a dry brush can make a very interesting marbled effect.
Your photo will come out better by turning on every light in the house and turning off the flash.

Yeah, and first time ever that I tried drybrushing. I need to try that! Do you have any example pictures of this effect, would love to see how it SHOULD look like. Also Im in progress of making my own lightbox and I shall take better pictures once I got it built. Thanks for the advices!
