Hey y'all, so I've been slowly building and working on my army, and wanted to see what y'all thought of my full army list. I have about half of everything so far, but let me know what you think I should change! Thanks in advance!

Skitarii can't use a Combined Arms Detachment without an HQ. Maybe you meant Skitarii Maniple Detachment?

Unfortunately the torsion cannons are not very good but if you have those modeled use them I guess.

Give the bikers grav or melta, not flamers. Flamers won't do much that their twin-linked bolters can't. Also for that many points you could field Black Knights instead which are the best unit in the Dark Angel codex.

Combat shields are bad. Your Librarian could use a Bike instead.

And, of course, start building towards a War Convocation formation if you want to really compete with AdMech.
