All of your high level anti-tank is locked into 2 units in fragile transports, other than them you have very no reliable damage vs AV 12+ (36 scatter laser shots to glance down AV 12 with 5+ cover, 3 hull points) or very durable units such as Riptides, Wraith Knights or Pain Engines. I understand that you will be alpha striking and deep striking (with a chance of Scatter to mess you up) in however since they are scythe guard you will only have a single chance to obliterate their target before they themselves are wiped off the table. Many things could happen, interceptor could blow up the Raider leaving them unable to disembark far enough to get a good alpha strike, you could scatter to far away, you could fluff your rolling or he could pass a ridiculous amount of invul saves/LoS's. Long story short you've got an MSU army with 2 distinct threats and the problem lies that those 2 units are the only threat you have to certain types of units.

I would suggest dropping 2 Warrior Venoms and both splinter cannons on the Scalpel squadron. Then use those points to pick yourself up 2 units of Scourges rocking 4 Haywire/Heat Lances each. Now you don't have to waste as many shots glancing down AV 12/11 things when this unit can do it more efficiently either destroying it or leaving it on 1 hull point which should only take a single unit to strip.

Besides, there is almost nothing in the game a Venom is better against than Scattbikes. Both have the same mobility, similar durability, same range but the bikers have more shots at a higher strength. So dropping those Venoms for a unit that helps your army do something it doesn't do very well is probably smarter then using those points to make them better at something they already excel at.

I find WK not worth it anymore, good competive army's can kill it in one turn no problem
