Hey, I'm running a tournament at the LGS I work at and I figure Dakka is as good a place as any to spread the word!
The Tournament is taking place at The End Games in Charlottesville VA, address is 143 Zan Road, Charlottesville VA, 22901

June 11th 2016 Warhammer 40k Tournament - 1500pts
$15 Entrance Fee
Registration starts at 10:30am. First round starts at 11:00am.
4 rounds. Each round is 2 hours, with a 30 min lunch break after Round 1.
Force Organization details are:
- 1500pts Battleforged with up to 3 Detachments
- Allies will be limited to 'Battle Brothers' and 'Allies of Convenience'
- No duplicates of formations or detachments may be taken with the exception of formations taken as part of a 'decurion' style detachment (Necron Decurion, Space Marine Gladius Strike Force, etc.)
- Regardless of Detachments, no more than 1 Fortification and/or 1 Super
Heavy/Gargantuan Lord of War may be taken, all Superheavies and Gargantuan Monstrous Creatures must adhere to the ITC list of allowed models for these choices.
EXCEPTION: One detachment in your army may include Imperial Knights, so long as the detachment restrictions allow for multiple LoW, you may exceed the 0-1 LoW restriction within this detachment as long as all other LoW are also Imperial Knights.
EXCEPTION: One detachment in your army may include a unit of Tau Stormsurge. This unit may contain more than one Stormsurge model.
EXCEPTION: One detachment in your army may include Renegade Knights, so long as the detachment restrictions allow for multiple LoW, you may exceed the 0-1 LoW restriction within this detachment as long as all other LoW are also Renegade Knights.
EXCEPTION: One detachment in your army may include Chaos Knights, so long as the detachment restrictions allow for multiple LoW, you may exceed the 0-1 LoW restriction within this detachment as long as all other LoW are also Chaos Knights.

ADDENDUM: As currently written, the Geokinesis and Fulmination psychic disciplines will not be allowed for use in this tournament. Updates will be forthcoming.

Prize Structure:
- 1st Place: 40% of prize pool as credit
- 2nd Place: 25% of prize pool as credit
- Best Painted: 35% of prize pool as credit
The prize pool will consist of store credit based on player attendance in addition to door prizes.
