Hello. Blood for the Blood God. Skulls for the Skull Throne. Etc.
I just recently started collecting Khorne Daemonkin and was hoping for suggestions on what units I should add to my army, along with any general list ideas. I'm currently thinking I'll pick up some khornedogs and rhinos.

Going to want a bloodthirster for sure. And yes, lots of dogs and 6 bikes for a gorepack. GW dogs are ugly, try puppetswar, they make cool dogs. Bloodletters are also handy to have at least 16.

What you've got right now is enough for a slaughtercult+blood host, so I'd reccommend running that. Maybe buy a couple rhinos for zerkers, and you can probably call it a day. I would make the skull cannon because str 8 ignores cover is tasty . Fleshounds are good, probably wanna bring a jugg lord with them. I'd get more bloodletters for cheap troops that can do more than cultists. Bikes for fast melta/plas, maybe a couple dinobots (forge/maulerfiends) for long range support or in your face power fists.

Rhinos for your zerkers
Assemble that as a blood cannon as it is way better than the throne.
Lots of hounds and some bikers for a gorepack.

a Daemon Prince and a Juggerlord are always useful.
