I'm thinking about a list with zero super heavies or gargs, along with zero grav. Let me know what you guys think?

Ravenwing strike force

HQ - Libby, lvl2, force sword, bike, melta bombs

Elites - Ravenwing command squad, 6 bikers, 1 upgrade to apothecary, 1 upgrade to champion, 1 Ravenwing banner (don't know whether to add a grenade launcher)

Fast attack - 5 black Knights
Fast attack - 5 black Knights
Fast attack - 2 attack bikes, 2 multi meltas
Fast attack - 2 attack bikes, 2 multi meltas
Fast attack - dark shroud, stock
Fast attack - dark shroud, stock

Ravenwing support squadron - 3x speeders, 3x assault cannons, 3x heavy bolter - Darkshroud, stock.

Librarius conclave - white scars
Libby, lvl2, bike, axe, hunters eye
Libby, lvl2, bike, axe, mantle
Libby, lvl2, bike, sword.

1850 on the nose.

Why do you need 3 darkshrouds in the army? That's a MASSIVE shrouded bubble for relatively few models and I feel that 3 is a bit much. I run 2 personally and never wished I had another. I'd also split each of the attack bikes into individual units, as you have the FA slots available.

Ravenwing already have a hard time putting enough bodies on the table, but you have a dangerously low model count. 16 bikes won't be too horrible to kill, and once all your black knights/command squad are gone, the rest of the army doesn't offer much. In looking at the army list, the conclave isn't offering much to the rest of the army, so it may be best to drop them in favor of more regular bikes. While black knights are awesome, I usually only run a command squad and one additional unit. The rest of my bikes are normal bikers to help with the body count. At 1850, I run 25 bikes and it still feels light sometimes.

If I were you I'd look at dropping some of the tricked/expensive units, and focus on getting more regular bikes on the table. I'd also look at a way to get a little more long range fire support into your list. Your maximum shooting range is 24". While you have the speed to engage with weapons with that range, sometimes you need to reach out and touch the opponent. The best/easiest way pure Ravenwing can do this is TML speeders. I run them, I love them and I won't ever leave home without them.

Grim Dark Angels Interrogator-Chaplain

Since you already have the Librarius Conclave, maybe replace the Librarian from the RWSF with an Interrogator-chaplain, taking the Mace of Redemption. You would have to drop one of the Attack Bikes. As Brakkus pointed out above, I think the list has one too many Darkshrouds. Cut one of those and two of your four Attack Bikes, and you would have points to put in a regular bike squad with 2x Gravgun in addition to switching out the Libby for an Interrogator. Grav is really good, not sure why you are opposed to it.

My armies (re-counted and updated on 11/7/24, including modeled wargear options):
Dark Angels: ~16000 Astra Militarum: ~1200 | Imperial Knights: ~2300 | Leagues of Votann: ~1300 | Tyranids: ~3400 | Stormcast Eternals: ~5000 | Kruleboyz: ~3500 | Lumineth Realm-Lords: ~700

One Too many psykers and one too many Darkshrouds, if you swapped one out for a Vengeance you would benefit.

Ok. I assumed 1 Darkshroud was far too few. Looks like I've gone too far the other way. I had another idea which is quite different to what I've put up here so far, it looks like this -

Ravenwing strike force

HQ - Libby, lvl2, bike, auspex, force sword, melta bombs.
HQ - Libby, lvl2, bike, auspex, force axe

Elites - Ravenwing command squad, 5x black Knights, 1 upgraded to apothecary, 1 upgraded to champion.

Fast attack - Darkshroud
Fast attack - Attack bike, multi melta
Fast attack - Attack bike, multi melta

Imperial knight Baronial court

Imperial knight Crusader, rapid fire battle cannon, melta gun
Imperial knight Warden, meltagun
Imperial knight Errant, meltagun

1850 exactly.

So, there's arguably a lot more survivability and a shed load more fire power. I can also drop the knight errant for a conclave. No one like invisible Knights.
