Quick question is there anyfluff about slaaneshi chaos Knights? Preferable with sonic weapons? Or a conversion at least? I had a idea for a conversion for some time in the future and was looking for inspiration.

that and the rules for renegade knights are the only real stuff we've got right now.
HOWEVER Slaanish is deeply connected to chaos knights. the first chaos aligned knight house having fallen to Slaanish. there is some old info about them from epic days with differant marks etc, but that's info pretty heavily out of date. http://warhammer40k.wikia.com/wiki/House_Devine

I think there are apocalypse rules for the Subjugator, the crab-like mutant chaos Knight you can see floating around (yes those are actually chaos knights, horribly mutated but still chaos knights)
