So its well known that its reasonably hard for lucius to actually stay dead. But what if lucius was killed by a necron? His regenerative abilities dont seem to be able to warp metal into flesh? Also what if he is killed by an eldar?

And if he were to die and stay dead in one of these ways if an space marine heard of his death several years later (and took pleasure in the fact he was dead) would that space marine then become possessed?

I love lucius' lore and am keen to hear what you all think

Lucius gets rezzed by Slaanesh if he doesn't possess his killer.

I thought the means of posession was how slannesh revived him?

The armour is the default method, it might take a while for Slaanesh to notice he died.

I imagine Lucius tries to avoid encounters with Necrons or Tyranids.

I reckon there will come a day when Lucius gets too bored with his guaranteed survival and challenges a Necron overlord or a Hive Tyrant. In the latter case maybe that Tyranid stuff as combat drug will give him more chances
