I know we're all reasonably familiar with "Not-" miniatures from our various favourite manufacturers, large and small. I was wondering if anyone knows if there's a miniature out there that has an uncomfortable likeness close to Arthas, the Lich King from World of Warcraft/WCIII?

Looks like WOW took a lot of inspiration from LotR's witch king. Maybe that would be a good starting point?

You could also use on of the Reaper Skeletal Warriors/Barrow Warden: this one, this one , this one or this one (either in Bones or in metal).

Never played WoW so I can't comment on size but I feel like basing it on GW's Sauron fig would be more appropriate or maybe the modern version of Krell?

Also Vinter from PP's Iron Kingdom's line might be worth a look as a base.
