I've been emailing Tichy Train Group a few times for the last month trying to contact them about a Canadian order for more of their plastic rivets. But they aren't replaying to any of my emails. Dose anyone know what's going on?

Edit: apparently it's a issue with emails from Gmail to them.

I had trouble with Gmail and a different supplier. No email replies were being seen on my phone's email app, but the PC browser showed them up when I looked.
So, if you use Gmail, try logging into it on a PC or other full browser, as my phone's app didn't show them.

Also, if you want to see if someone actually opened your email you can opt for the 'receipt' option that notifies you when they've 'read' your message.

That would be a shame as their rivet selection is simply awesome.
