This was my first crack at painting the boys in yellow, as well as the first crack at weathering them, so be gentle with C+C

I think it looks awesome but the weathering is kinda heavy for my taste. you did miss the purity seal on the front left guy..... lol

I love the marines malevolent. Their article on 1d4chan is hilarious. They say yellow is the hardest color to put on models, and that the writes made them yellow to make painters hate the chapters too

Haha yeah... that guy was the first of the batch too he has a lot of fixing up to do!

I thought the same thing once I was done, that I had made them look like they went through the meat grinder rather then a few chips here and there, Ill be less liberal with the chips next time I think. Normally I paint really clean and prefer that aesthetic but I figured all the cool kids were doing battle damage these days
