Is grenade launchers any good with a Platton Command Squad? I am wondering if I should go with 4 flamers or 4 grenade launchers on them?

4 flamers. They will really make a difference in both offense and defense, while 4 grenade launchers at BS3 won't. Against an all AV14 army GL would not be better than flamers. And the IG should place its long range anti-tank and anti- MC apart from their PCS. And I believe that PCS can take 1 heavy flamer - use the opportunuty.

4 flamers is a great setup for them, and I'd argue is the preferred method. They are good at deterring assaults, and exploiting clumped up units. Grenade Launchers will have better range but will suffer from actually not having much damage output/ their role being fulfilled in other places in the army.

Please, no grenade launchers. Anything but grenade launchers.

I hate platoon command squads. I used to run them with 4 flamers in a Valkyrie or Vendetta (with my CCS in the other Valkyrie of Vendetta but with Plasma).
That, or hiding behind a corner ready to flame anything that tried to deep strike. Sure they'd probably die, but a 5 man squad of guard never lasts long.

Star Trek taught me so much. Like, how you should accept people, whether they be black, white, Klingon or even female...

Heavy flamer and 2 regular flamers is 50 points and fits neatly in a Vendetta. Super mobile obsec unit that will cause some real hurt to nearly anything with legs.

Due to the rules governing multiple templates a HF reduces the number of total hits. Use 4 flamers, also 50 points and also fits in a Vendetta.

You shouldn't be worried about the one bullet with your name on it, Boldric. You should be worried about the ones labelled "to whom it may concern"-from Blackadder goes Forth!
