So, I found this picture a while back ( http://suptg.thisisnotatrueending.com/archive/14700825/images/1303633561399.jpg) and I really would like to find a way to create it if possible. Unfortunately, I don't think there is a model that exists that reflects it by itself so I want to find bits or see what I need to do to make it. Could anyone give me some direction on this or shoot me ideas of bits they think would work for it? Thanks

For the head, the closest I can find is a chaos knight head and it's ok at best.

there's one or two heads in the putrid blightkings kit that might fit the bill?...could be a little tough to find as separate bitz though, and the full kit would probably be a bit pricy just for a head...
...the head on the top guy?

One of those guys has almost the exact helmet (specifically the dude holding the flag) and the riders are roughly CSM sized, so the helmet should fit snugly into any standard Chaos Terminator Armor.
As for the chest, looks like one of the Khorne Terminators Forge World puts out has what you're looking for:

You might need to shave off some of the khorne iconography though.
