So last night i realized there's a way to buy a crapton of drop pods (Courtesy of Kriswall's Flesh Tearer pod army) and then you can fill them up with Jokaero.

Given the relative cheapness of both models, this means you can actually have a good dozen or so pods filled with enough monkeys to make Sternguards jealous in their ability to delete enemy units. You can also make a maze out of the pods too so you can railroad enemies into certain paths. How viable do you guys think this tactic would be? And the hilarity factor?

Hell, I'm not that bothered by the Stormraven. Why? Because, as it stands right now, it's "limited use".When it's shoehorned in to the Codex: Space Marines, then yeah. I'll be irked.

I would laugh. It'd be better if Jokaero had relentless with their lascannons and multimeltas.

Even better if you used real barrel models for your pods.

35 points per Jokaero, and you'd need three minimum. BS3. I think I'd rather the Sternguard. That said, I'd love to see it happen, especially if you had a Karamazov Donkey Kong.

It would be neat, but as per today's FAQ, you can't DEPLOY in a Battle Brother's transport. So the Jokaero Pod is a no-go.
