I don't know about shapeways but if you are looking for a 22-26 point ship the D'Kyr class from the Vulcans fits the bill. I can't remember where but I remember reading some
EU book some place where the Romulans had a squad of stolen D'Kyrs.
The D'Deridex is my favorite Romulan class so they make up the bulk of my fleet. Where the D'Deridex is the reliable work horse the Valdor is the striker. Science Vessels and Scouts make good harassers, especially with Ferengi
EM Pulses

When I play casually and campaigns I use the Praetus model on the
TOS BoP base for a more TNG era looking
BoP.
It fits somewhat, there was a con a few years back where a writer from Enterprise was asked about the Romulan
BoP in the "Mine Field" episode. He made an open end reply that "they may not be the Romulans you think they are". That comment has led to some fan speculation that they were going to end up being 24th century Romulans moxed up in the Temporal Cold War. I think it's a neat twist, but we will may never know officially
Getting back to the D'Kyr class, I have been thinking about painting a few to match my Romulan fleet to fill that mid range gap. However, if anyone finds a decent shapeways model it could always be used on the D'Kyr base, I would be all over that. Stat wise it makes a good predecessor to the D'Deridex, 1 less evade and 1 less hull. A bit of a gap filler between the Romulan D7 and the D'Deridex.
