And why?

Guardian, Dire Avenger, Swooping Falcon, Dark Reaper, Warlock, Shadow Spectre, Warp Spider, Striking Scorpion, Howling Banshee, Ranger, Shining Spear, Crimson Falcon, Bonesinger, Shadowseer, Farseer?

That's... not quite how the paths work. The path of the seer includes things like warlocks and spirit seers, and a farseer is someone who has become "lost" to the path, in that they can't just drop this one and pick up a new one after they complete the path.

For the sake of your question, path of the warrior, and I'd definitely want to try out the Warp Spider aspect. Edit for the why: I love the idea of being able to blink in and out of reality. To disappear and then reappear behind your enemy, to always have the element of surprise, and the ability to remove yourself from danger at a moment's notice. It just strikes me as appealing.

Also, here is some material for you OP.

Path of the outcast.

Corsairs FTW!

You don't have to be happy when you lose, just don't make winning the condition of your happiness.

Shadow Spectre for me, for similar reasons to Reavik with his Warp Spider choice, but I like the Jet Packs and plasma guns more.

Oh, and Rangers aren't a path, being an Exile is specifically eshuing the whole Path system whilst Shadowseers are Harlequins so don't follow the Path system at all.

Not a Path, and Outcasts aren't necessarily Corsairs either.

Probably the path of basket weaving. Maybe poetry, maybe bartending.

Warrior paths? Why? All I need to do is hop on a bike and as a poet I would be more skilled, mobile, deadly and durable than all the most powerful and specialized warriors of every other faction and better at nearly everything than all the warrior aspects.

And I wouldn't even have to train. I'd just keep making sonatas or whatever. I'd probably be forbidden from working out lest I get trapped into the Path of The Light Jog.

Lucky I'd just be inherently better than everyone at everything, even my dark brethren whose lore says they're faster and stronger

"Got you, Yugi! Your Rubric Marines can't fall back because I have declared the tertiary kaptaris ka'tah stance two, after the secondary dacatarai ka'tah last turn!"

"So you think, Kaiba! I declared my Thousand Sons the cult of Duplicity, which means all my psykers have access to the Sorcerous Facade power! Furthermore I will spend 8 Cabal Points to invoke Cabbalistic Focus, causing the rubrics to appear behind your custodes! The Vengeance for the Wronged and Sorcerous Fullisade stratagems along with the Malefic Maelstrom infernal pact evoked earlier in the command phase allows me to double their firepower, letting me wound on 2s and 3s!"

"you think it is you who has gotten me, yugi, but it is I who have gotten you! I declare the ever-vigilant stratagem to attack your rubrics with my custodes' ranged weapons, which with the new codex are now DAMAGE 2!!"

"...which leads you straight into my trap, Kaiba, you see I now declare the stratagem Implacable Automata, reducing all damage from your attacks by 1 and triggering my All is Dust special rule!"

I must say, thank you for not rubbing my face in the poo of my misunderstanding and for linking the correct information. I honestly didn't have a clue, it's been such a long time since I read an Eldar codex.

I suppose I should've asked which class/role/thingy would you be.

Myself, giving it some thought, would actually like to be a Guardian because I could at least have a life not entirely centered on violence and strenuous mental conditioning. Then again I would love to see my own home-made aspect be allowed in a game.

Hell, I'm not that bothered by the Stormraven. Why? Because, as it stands right now, it's "limited use".When it's shoehorned in to the Codex: Space Marines, then yeah. I'll be irked.

It says it is on the wiki, though.

Path of the Outcast - The Path of the Outcast is the Path, paradoxically, of those Eldar who abandon the disciplined life of the Eldar Paths. Those who desert the Eldar Paths are known as Outcasts on the Craftworlds. The intensely potent and volatile Eldar mind sometimes rebels against the highly structured delineation of achievement which the Eldar Paths offer. Without the protection of the Eldar Paths an individual is likely to eventually succumb to self-destructive urges. The worst fate of all for an Outcast is to fall to the Path of Damnation, but no Eldar will speak of this aberration and so almost nothing is known about it save that they believe it is the Path walked, unknowingly or not, by their Dark Eldar kin. Sometimes young, inexperienced or disgraced Eldar leave their Craftworlds to wander among the stars. Most of the time such Outcasts become Rangers. Some eventually return to their Craftworlds and to the safety of the Paths. Those who are unable to return, for one reason or another, perhaps because they become lost upon the Path of the Outcast, eventually become the Rangers known as Pathfinders. Other Outcasts become pirates, raiders, and Eldar Corsairs.

Path of the Dreamer is mentioned in the Gav Thorpe Path of the Eldar books. Sounds like your cup of tea.

Although it seemed focused on large amounts of drugs rather than actual sleep.
