I went with list one since you have fluffiness in the heading and 2 of the lists aren't even chaos.

List 1 but you need you warlord to be Ordnance Tyrant demagogue to take field artillery as troops and it must be primary detachment.

Agreed, list 1.
Even if you make the Arch - Demagogue an Ordnance Tyrant (by also making him the Warlord), the field artillery are non-compulsory troop choices so you'd need some mutants or something. Automatically Appended Next Post: Alternative thought: Make the Arch - Demagogue the Warlord and an Ordnance Tyrant, which will make the laser destroyers Elite choices. Then you can use The Purge detachment which requires 1 HQ and 2 Elites.

woops i forgot that, yes he is an ordnance tyrant i just forgot to show it. as for fluffiness the other 2 lists are counts as chaos, because chaos is not optimal i decided to stay true to the fluffiness:competitve ratio
