Hey guys. I recently started playing Warhammer 40k, and I was hoping to get some help getting my list perfected. I'm not even sure if the idea behind my list will even work well. Any advise would be great guys. From what I understand, two Nemesis strike force Detachments can be used and the list still be battleforged, so:

Nemesis Strike Force- 1000

HQ
Librarian: Psyker mastery level 3, Combi-weapon, Warlord- 145 pts
Librarian: Psyker mastery level 3, Combi-weapon- 145 pts

Troops
Terminator squad-199 pts
x2 Terminator: Falchions
x2 Terminator: Halberd
x1 Terminator: Halberd, Psycannon

Fast Attack
Interceptor Squad- 286 pts
x1 Interceptor: Halberd, Teleport Homer
x7 Interceptor: Halberd
x4 Interceptor: Incinerator

Heavy Support
Nemesis Dreadknight: Greatsword, Personal Teleporter, Heavy Psycannon, Heavy Incinerator- 225 pts

Nemesis Strike Force- 1000

The combi Weapons can be changed if I know what kind of army I will be facing. The Idea is to have a fair amount of psychic points, and still be able to utilize the deep strike of the Terminators. I would place the Librarians with the Terminators, and place them in reserve. Then I would move the Interceptors to the place that would be best strategically (teleport shunt them if need be), and then deep strike the reserves near the Interceptors so they don't scatter. The Dreadknights are there to teleport shunt to any heavy armor, or monstrous creatures on the table and deal with those.

Well your list is decent. You are right that you can take two nsf however most people do it to maximize the amount of ndk(4).

Some things I do while making a list.
Always put atleast one hammer in a terminal squad and a psy canon. With the new FAQ halberds got a lot better due to not being to Able to cast force and hammerhand without a Libby.

Towards the list I think you have to much Libbie's and to many interceptors I would run atleast draigo or GM so you have melee hero, I would add more ndk on 2000 pts. I also like liber dominca book the armour as relic. With your current tactic you are not using the nsf alpha strike (turn 1 in your face deep strike) so better take cad. Further more I prefer to run to more terminators.

When I count your point I come to 1878 did you forget to typ something?

Thanks for pointing out the list error. I have fixed the problem. I had put in the wrong point amount for the interceptors. So, If I take out three Librarians, and cut the interceptors in half, I can put in two more Nemesis Dreadknights, and a Grand Master, give the remaining Librarian the Domina Liber Daemonica, and changed one Terminator in each squad to a Demon Hammer Terminator, and the cost goes to 1977. However, I can't figure out how to add a Kaldor Draigo, and still be under the point limit.
