Hello All,

Here is one of my latest works. Blood Angels Chaplain Lemartes. I decided to sell him so I threw him up on ebay.

I hope you like him.

Thanks

I actually really like that paint. It looks kind of like classic GW but enhanced with better highlighting.

3000pts Blood Angels (4th Company) - 2000pts Skitarii (Voss Prime) - 2500pts Imperial Knights (Unnamed House) - 1000pts Imperial Guard (Household Retainers)

2000pts Free Peoples (Edlynd Fusiliers) - 2000pts Kharadron Overlords (Barak Zilfin) - 500pts Ironweld Arsenal (Edlynd Ironwork Federation) - 1000pts Duardin (Grongrok Powderheads)

Wargaming's no fun when you have a plan!

Love the classic GW look of the paint! All he needs is a green base!

GW 2016 is like meeting your old frigid girlfriend in a bar, and she's drunk, had a makeover, and is telling you dirty jokes. Suddenly you remember why you loved her. - Tamereth

Great paintstyle. I am a big fan of the bright colors for tabletop minis. I also enjoy how it was photographed in what I consider an old school, 2nd edition way; the forest backdrop on a green felt surface. Kudos!

No earth shattering, thought provoking quote. I'm just someone who was introduced to 40K in the late 80's and it's become a lifelong hobby.

Thank you. I guess I am old school. I paint models that I hope are used in gaming and not just placed on a shelf. It feels great to see my work on a game table battling it out against opponents. Long ago when I started doing this for a living I wanted the pics of the models I painted to look like they were on a battlefield so the customers would get an idea of what it might look like on a game table.

Thought about green base but black is more neutral I guess. Seems like green is just too old school these days.

Me too, mostly. The metal packs are a pain to work with because of mold lines and mold imperfections.

Thanks
