I've been working on some Secret Weapon rolling fields that my buddy gave me after he got extras from their kickstarter. He seemed to have no problems with them but I've read a lot of dissatisfied reviews here and other places. I'm interested in adding a pack of 4 "deadzone" tiles to my rolling fields collection. Has anyone bought a 4 pack of tiles direct from their webstore recently? I don't need it straight away but I also don't want to wait 3 months.

What have been the reviews? I got the rolling fields and cityscapes, but haven't had the chance to actually unpack them yet, and haven't been following gaming news much lately.

The review of the product has been good, just heard a few complaints about customer service and turnaround time. I suppose that was mostly to do with the kickstarter.

The tiles I have are great and I would love to add to them.

Just wondering if anyone has ordered from their Webstore recently.

I bought the ruined city tiles and they're great. I got them as my Kickstarter rewards so I've no experience with SWM direct.

I've bought from secret weapons in the past without issue and would happily do so again

(but I've no experience ordering the boards either direct or from the KS so I can't say anything about them if there's something specific to them rather than the company in general you're worrying about)

I've also ordered from Secret Weapon and never had any problems. They're good people.

They have always been really good with service and communication, I've ordered well over 10 times from them with no issues.

I have bought tablescapes tiles through the kickstarter and bases from their website, and I have been more than satisfied with their products and services either way.

I backed the kickstarter and received my material just fine.

I've also placed 4-5 orders for bases in the last few years for my HH army and other stuff. No problems so far.

Just contact Justin and he will tell you straight, despite what the haze of some post kickstarter reviews indicate, he is rock solid on customer service and takes it very, very seriously.
