I always thought that the Farsight Enclaves were the furthest representations of Tau civilization (even if they aren't technically part of the Tau government).

Having started to read the Deathwatch rpg books, i noticed that one of the antagonists in the Jericho Reach are in the fact a sept of the Tau.

Its portrayed as being the furthest colony the Tau have ever set up, but for the life of me I can't actually figure out where Jericho Reach is in relation to the rest of Segmentum Ultima....

Anyone got a map?

Kapuskasing, ON

North by Northeast, or maybe North by Northwest. .one of them. It relatively not that far. It's an area that had to be abandoned by the Imperium but they are now trying to reclaim it. The elite space marine chapter that helps the Xeno focused Inquisitors has always maintained a major presence there known as the Long Watch or something similar. Meanwhile the Imperium, Chaos, Tyranids and Tau are all fighting for the area.

It is still in the large eastern fringe. I couldn't find the sector on any of my maps. Also to note it holds a warp gate that connects to the IoM proper. The Jericho Reach is also where the most wild tau fluff is too.
