Subject: White Scars Legion Composition Fluff?

Hello, everyone,
I was hoping someone could point me toward a source, or sources, where I can get a good sense of how the 5th Legion took to the field. I read Scars, but there's not much in the way of how the White Scars organized themselves during combat drops. Yes, Bikes, but what else? Thanks in advance.

well, probably lots of bikes (both kinds), troops in transports, larger tactical squads on foot and terminators (stuff every legion used really), lots of flyers to fit with the fast theme?

I'll never be able to repay CA for making GW realize that The Old World was a cash cow, left to die in a field. |

Have you read brotherhood of the storm? It is set before scars and has a battle in it in which it goes into their way of war. Automatically Appended Next Post: Basically, the white scars marines from chogoris mainly use jet bikes, bikes, land speeders and transports. The ones who came from terra used more conventional tactics with tac Marie's and heavy support squads etc

“Because we couldn’t be trusted. The Emperor needed a weapon that would never obey its own desires before those of the Imperium. He needed a weapon that would never bite the hand that feeds. The World Eaters were not that weapon. We’ve all drawn blades purely for the sake of shedding blood, and we’ve all felt the exultation of winning a war that never even needed to happen. We are not the tame, reliable pets that the Emperor wanted. The Wolves obey, when we would not. The Wolves can be trusted, when we never could. They have a discipline we lack, because their passions are not aflame with the Butcher’s Nails buzzing in the back of their skulls.
The Wolves will always come to heel when called. In that regard, it is a mystery why they name themselves wolves. They are tame, collared by the Emperor, obeying his every whim. But a wolf doesn’t behave that way. Only a dog does.
That is why we are the Eaters of Worlds, and the War Hounds no longer."

Thanks! I haven't read Brotherhood of the Storm yet, but will certainly add it to the reading list. Do you think Sicaran Battle Tanks make sense? They are fast vehicles, but are also heavy armour.

Yeah the Sicaran would fit fine with it being a fast vehicle.
