I bough a cheap older edition chaos daemons codex of Ebay. But it it didn't say anything about pykers (which I know they have) Could Someone pls give me a list of the different units with psychic ability, there mastery level and which discipline they generate their powers from

That's your problem. Get the current edition, psychic powers have changed a lot over the years.

Many. If it's big or aligned with tzeentch, it probably has access to powers.

We're not allowed to hand out rules here though, so you'll need to get a copy of the new stuff.

If it's an HQ choice that isn't Khorne, it has potential to be a Psyker. Horrors as well.

Honestly, that should probably be vague enough to count as not giving rules.
