A mixture of different summoning techniques.. fairly solid tetrad. Punchy hound unit , with hidden bloodthirster

I'm not sure it's worth it to make so many cuts to the Tetrad. They take a lot of fire and really need those rewards and Mastery Levels.
One thought might be to forget the KDK detachment, and if you want a houndstar you can just run it from your Daemons CAD with a Herald on a Juggernaut. I realize you will lose Kor'lath, but I can't see it being that reliable in this list anyways.

Seems like you might be trying to do a little too much here. With no wings and no greaters on the Slaanesh prince youre going to lose the tetrad's best bonus REAL quick. Not to mention your Grimoire. To that end I'd really never bother with the Grimoire without Fateweaver any way. I'd flesh out the tetrad and either focus on the hounds or focus on a summoning-centric Tzeentch CAD. Havent used it yet but guaranteed summons on 5 dice with Paradox seems dope.

I would drop the armor on the nurgle Prince and give him another mastery level. He has 2+ Jink due to shrouding and the Tetrad really need psyker support to do its job. While I really like the idea of the hidden Bloodthirster- you don't really have enough KDK units to generate blood tithe points and summon more units there.... I feel like you would be better off dropping the KDK to beef up the tetrad and add more to the daemon cad..... Or at least beef the tetrad and add more KDK... Either way- you want to beef up the tetrad! That's a lot of points and will draw a lot of fire- you don't want to skimp on them!

Ok tweaks all round.
Much reduced kdk, still a strong fast unit, or in a pinch a suicide run.
Probably not getting a unit from blood tithe, but it's still strong enough to plough through a combat squad or two.
(Jump pack means I can still reroll charge distances, tho I sorely miss the jugger so will probably keep it just for rule of cool)
I think the axe of korlath is amazing now. Get gunned down in your turn, you'll be assaulting in their turn.
Tetrad now at almost full strength. Need some kinky wings..
