The robots have a reflect shield doo-hicky that is not that much fun to shoot against, but would it bounce back wounds from a Psychic Shriek? I believe it says that the shot is reflected with the same strength and AP, but Shriek has none. I could be mis-remembering the rule too because I don't have the codex in front of me.

Clearly answered in the last line of the Repulsor Grid rules:

A repulsor grid can not deflect Blast or Template weapons or psychic shooting attacks.

Psychic Shriek has no S or AP so it will bypass the shield just like it bypasses void shields.
