Hello dakka, i recently got into 30k and started (and just finished) my primarch vulkan. As I was working on his model i decided to base the rest of my sallies onto the same style as their pappy. That being said, I plan to base my infantry on cork, with a thin sheet of material either it be plasticard or brass etching, etc. I have been googling myself and i couldn't find a guide to make the same texture that is on the vulkan base (the metal diveted floor the power armor guys are laying on to be specific) nor could i find a site that sold sheets of the texture im looking for. So my question to you guys is if you had any ideas on how to achieve the texure im looking for?

On a side note: I bought the firedrakes kit and noticed in the rulebook it has them having multiple loadout options. Is their a kit I can purchase that includes the rest of their options? As it stands the kit only comes with hammers and shields....
