Did you mean Veil of Darkness? The Nightmare Shroud is the Fear one. You should get a Phase Shifter on the Overlord. It will save his life. Ghost Arks are over-rated and you're not going to get the most out of it without a second Warrior squad to repair. At 1,000 points, you'll get more mileage from more Warriors. Many players run Particle Beamers on their Tomb Blades. Being unable to jink and shoot is too big of a drawback for me. Just something to be mindful of. Tesla Immortals are just okay. Gauss is usually better unless you plan on assaulting with them. I hope this helps.

1. Can not put two relics on the Overlord.
2. C. Spyder is going to be running more than shooting, no need for the gun.
3. Ghost arks use to be very good, but now the warriors inside snap shoot when jinking.
4. Same issue as Ghost arks, not being able to shoot after jinking hinders the fire power. Twin Linked rapid fire Guass is always good.

Chuck the Overlord inside the night scythe with the Lychguard, better than tVoD, IMO.
