Sorry if this is answered already, but if your Lord dies with this (removed as a casualty) does he give slay the warlord?

Kor'lath's summoning doesn't work the same as Dark Apotheosis or Fury Unbound, so there's nothing to suggest his death would not grant Slay the Warlord.
