If you want to bring Wraith units it's always worth picking up the Doom of Mymera book from forgeworld with new opportunities for Wraithblades, rules for Wraithseers and new Wraithknights to use.
That said, your main concern with the Wraithblades/guards/lords is what delivery system to use, even with their high toughness they'll die before they reach their target. Auto running 6" with your melee units is great but you'll need battlefocus with your shooty variants (bonus points if you use Wave Serpents for a 6" move, 6" disembark and then a 6" run before shooting)
In any case I've split up the Wraithguard to promote a more MSU approach and more charging units to emphasis rage. I'd also recommend Ghostaxes and Force shields for that AP2 and resiliency since I4 isn't as important to preserve as I5
