When you play 40k what army doyou like to face the most and why? Is it because it's fun, certain themes you prefer to face or just that you know someone so swell you'll happily face his/hers army?

I've always loved to face horde armies. Such as the tyranids or orcs. I play IoM and it always gets me when I get to fight many of the filthy xenos.

I prefer facing other Space Marines mainly because they're on a relatively even playing field, but the Chapter Tactics as well as individual play styles can make it varied enough to make games interesting. Plus custom CT and House rules can make things much more fun.

P.S. On changing the spelling in the Poll, you should be able to do that by editing your original post and going to the Poll option where you created the Poll initially. If that doesn't work, I'm not sure how to do it.

I play a pure Skitarii, and the guy in my group that plays Chaos Space Marines with some daemons in the mix just happens to be very enjoyable to play against. So I guess CSM.

I've never not had a fun game against Orks or Demons. Win or lose it's usually pretty fun.

Orks, CSM, non-Flyrant Nids, Guard, low cheese SM, really anyone who's not TFG. I even enjoy the occasional Tau game.

How are Necrons tied for second? All I ever hear is how much it sucks to fight us.

Tau, they scare me and have as much face punching firepower as my Eldar. The thing is, as much lip as I give them for being the worst faction to play against, they are my biggest challenge and rival...and I love every second of playing against them.

Just don't tell them that

As much of a slog they are to fight against, you don't have to worry about being shot off the board?

When playing any of my armies I find Guard to be the most enjoyable. It would be Orks but when playing as Tau against Orks it becomes really one sided and boring/sad.
