No, three of each special and heavy weapons. You need to pick up at least two more to do a minimum squad.

You get 3 copies of the same “tactical” sprue that makes 10 guys.

On each you get one ML, one HB, a flamer, melta, plasma gun. and a number of bits for the sarge.

So you could do something like put the 3xMLs on a 5 man squad and call them devs. Not the most effective load, but it’s there.

There are no jump packs. So anything assaulty is going to be on foot. You can make a decent assault squad with a hefty dose of sarge bits. 2 guys with flamers, 2 guys with BP/chainsword, and a sarge with a BP/powersword. This will eat a lot of the options for your other sarges, but if you give them combis, it works.

Edit: this is in a 40k forum, not the 30k one, so I’m assuming that’s the environment you are talking about.
