Can you stack command bonus for formations. I.e. If I am playing khorne Daemonkin and I feild 2 blood host detachments do I recieve 2 blood tithe per turn. One for each detachment.

That very much depends on the wording of the rules in question in each case.

I don't play KDK myself, but have the book here. Looking at the rules on page 110, I see that it references the army, not any detachments. Therefore I'd say no, you cannot split blood tithe points between detachments of stack BftBG buffs.

So fielding two complete blood host detachments would not afford two blood tithe pts per turn. Q

I see no reason why you would not generate two additional blood tithe points, if you have two blood hosts.

Special Rules do not stack, by default, and Command Benefits/Formation Special Rules are still special rules.

This wouldn't be much of an issue if Blood Tithe points were applied to detachment, since they would not mix, but they apply to the army as a whole, so their interaction would leave it as if you only had one source of them.
