Hoping for a little feedback on my take on the Murderhorde usong the models I more or less have access to.

Really wish I could get an Axe of Khorne on the Herald but Im not sure how to go about it. Dont really want to commit the Grimoire to the Tzerald because Paradox seems quite useful on him. All C&C welcome!

if you have kairos better keep grimorie, maybe with grimorie and warp storm manipulation by kairos,you could try 5-6 bloodcrushers+champion with less reward so you can have the axe of K, problem is then you should have karanak but you cant fit if with your points.

The hard decision is who to make warlord.. really want the shot at +1 invun on the LoC, but then you lose out on lord of unreality... tough call.

Definitely would stick with Fatey in this case. I'm hoping to combine rerolls with the +/- 1 on the warpstorm to make all those pups more durable across the board. I'll already be fishing heavily for Cursed Earth for the same reason. With 2 rolls from Fatey, 3 from the LoC, 3 from the Tzerald, and another 2 from the horrors Im reasonably sure to get it and be able to make positioning with it work.

Obviously you cant completely bank on it but it will reeally nice to hit warpsurge and cursed earth on the same turn over a bunch of hounds. Turns an already bargain unit into a real steal defensively speaking.

yes def Fatey as warlord, anyway i will still prefer D thirster over LOC, you need something serious against heavy armor and or IK loc is not enough str8 hits cant deal easily with IK, if then you face a chaos knight you risk to be doomed, D thister can solve both problems, and it can take care of some hard to kill characters or deathstar, just my opinion.

Not a bad call on the D Thirster. Although to kit one out properly I think I'd have to cut a few hounds and I'm not too stoked to lose the warp charges from the LoC. Also the LoC with Impossible Robes is relatively self contained (it only needs Cursed Earth to become extremely hard to remove) whereas the Thirster requires a lot more protection (dedicated Grimoire use and *hopefully* rewards or psychic buffs).

Still its a good point and I'll retool a bit and try both configurations.

but loc cant remove easily things like IK (unless you pick armorbane reward), neither the rest of your army, if you get into combat with a IK you risk any turn a "6" on melee or stomp and bye bye loc, and loc with no armorbane need at least 3/4 turn to kill a IK, D thirster usually kill a IK in 1 turn. with 10+d6 WC you have anything you need that list need mostly cursed earth, doesn't need lot of psy support, with average 13 WC and paradox you can cast powers enough. if you dont play D thirtster you should have hard times with necrons marines librarians conclaves, some very hard to remove units (like some deathstars) or characters (2++ save eternal warriors FNP) a single "6" and you rid off of anything.

Same as above except go from 11 hounds to 9 hounds in the big unit.

Swap LoC for DThirster with Armor of Scorn and 2x Greater Rewards.

Any other opinons as to which is better?

Yeah you make good points. The more I think about it the more I like the D Thirster. . .

for me that is a better build, you have a real threat in D thirster i played it so many times never regret i did. with all those FNP 2++ saves out there i needed a lot during my latest tourneys.
