So in a few months Ill be joining my first tournament. I have some experience playing the game but never in a competitive manner.
So ofcourse I can create a list and pretend I know a lot, but I think it's better if some people who know their stuff looked at it and give me comments.
So without further ado, let me present my list.

Tactics
Nemesor Zandrekh, the lord and the solar Cryptek will join the lychguard.
And the Overlord and regular Cryptek will join the immortals.
Warriors stick together with the ghost ark


Im not entirely sure about this. Is it maybe better to also stick the overlord in the deathstar?
Im also thinking of dropping the lychguard unit to 5 and trading the lord for Vargard Obyron.

Let me know what you think guys. Is this a list that can do good in tournaments? Of will I fail every time.

A few comments:

You've already flagged a couple of things. A. Dropping the Lychguard to five. Yes, do this. Ten is overkill, B. Adding the Overlord to the Lychguard. Yes, do this. More punch, C. Replacing the Lord with Obyron. Though I'm not a fan of cheesey list-building and death-stars, if you're going to run Lychstar super-friends, Obyron is an auto-include. It gives the unit another Warscythe and a delivery method (Ghostwalk Mantle). As to the rest:

1. Crypteks are much better in a combined arms for the +1 RP, but in a Decurion they're a tad wasted. Only run the one with the Solar Staff to fill the Royal Court, or, if you want to go all the way with super-friends, take Orikan instead. Either way, lose the Chronometrons. They're too expensive for what they do.

2. If you keep the regular Lord, take a Hyperphase Sword instead. It's a better assault weapon for the same cost. Or just a Staff of Light.

3. Ghost Arks have been over-rated for a while now. Being open-topped, they explode way too easily. GW's FAQ, (that if a transport jinks the guys inside are snap-shooting), is the nail in the coffin for me. You'll get more mileage out of more Warriors.
