I think it's okay. not enough infantry to really deal with an infantry heavy list, and you're really relying on your Cerberus doing most of the work.
book 7 will probably give 2 RoWs like the rest of the legions, as well as probably 3-4 special units + characters.
As for the list itself: Vet. tactical squads tend to flounder when you expect them to be your main line infantry: they function best as support, not core. As well as this, the fact that your largest squad is only 10 men means that they simply lack the punch to deal with larger squads, and will drop rather quickly under the firepower of 30k, same goes for the rhinos. it
looks like those are 20-man tactical squads, but I cant be sure with how you wrote your list

. Honestly, don't think you need a RoW (since this one WILL punish you for loosing your flimsy vet. tactical squads and 5-man terminator squad.
As for the fluff: I don't think heavily mechanized vets. really 'epitomizes' the fluffy view of the wolves :(. While you could get away with lots of 10-man squads, but fluff wise, they probably fielded a lot more bolt pistol+
CCW larger tactical squads, supported by drop pods + the occasional super heavy. Remember: Wolves were much, MUCH more than mindless, mess-making, vikings: They were cunning, clever, and knew how to fight is more ways than 'stereotypical barbarian' (exemplared by their fight with the world eaters)
I also wouldn't worry about the super heavy tank: focus more on your primarch + building a fluffy list, or one of the faster
LoWs unless your going tank company or an intentionally slow group of space wolves.
As for how I would deal with this with my
DG:
1) the cerberus is a threat, but decent players won't worry as much about killing it: I'd probably throw my rapiers + leviathan at it, Maybe mortarion or a p. fist terminator squad if there's no closer threats.
2) You don't have enough 'quick' infantry to be a real threat with them: i.e. toss my larger squads (or my terminators) at the vets and wipe them pretty quick (again: 10-man squads are not all to much when they are a core idea to your army)
3) As for dealing with your larger squads: you didn't give them extra close combat weapons, so I would probably just throw my tactical squads at them
4) at this point level, I stick with Mortarion still, so in all truth: he'd probably either work on the tank, or just melt any infantry who come within 20-30" of his general area.
Sorry if this came off as overly critical, trying to both 1) contain my
TS rage at you, Team-killing furry

; and 2) I really, REALLY, think people put to much value into the mediocher vet. tactical squads (can be good as support, not as core infantry)
