I'm darned if I can think up 16 Chaos-y sounding names for my players. I was watching some youtube vids and saw some coaches had some crazy names for their players, so I'm thinking I'll jump on the bandwagon and name them after my favorite sweets, or cuts of meat, or something. It got me wondering what other coaches are doing? Got any favourites, or a theme you use?

I have an ogre team that I converted- they're all these large daemons.

The greater daemons are named after mythological daemons: Moloch, Astoroth, Belphigor, Choronzon etc)

The little imps are all named after the noises they make when someone hits them: Squish, Crack, Crumple, etc.



I pretty much always do themes for team names. I'm planning on doing a norse team and naming every player after furniture from Ikea.

There isn't an online name generator? Almost every race has one of these pop up online at some point.

My old Dwarf team was named after all of the members of the 13th warrior (ie. Beowulf).

Hah, I had tons of fun naming my ogres and snotlings for my team.
