So Brother Captain Centos has rules that are Ultramarine only. I want to come up with rules to use him in the other official Chapters. Here are examples I came up with. Their names are all plays on the word for 100 hundred in languages analogous to the culture the chapters emulate.

Brother Captain Cien(Crimson Fists)
As Brother Captain Centos
Replace Chapter Tactics(Ultramarines) with Chapter Tactics (Imperial Fists)
Replace Hail of Bolter Fire with the following:
Legacy of Polux
When making close combat attacks, Captain Cien can elect to reduce his Attack statistic to 1. If he does this, his attacks with his Power Fist are made without the Unwieldy special rule. Brother Captain Cien still gains an additional attacks if he charges that turn or benefits from other abilities that grants him an additional attack (Chapter Banners, psychic powers, etc.).

Zuun Khan(White Scars)
As Brother Captain Centos
Replace Chapter Tactics(Ultramarines) with Chapter Tactics(White Scars)
Replace Hail of Bolter Fire with the following:
Crushing Impact
Zuun Khan and his unit gain the Fleet special rule. Zuun Khan also gains the Hammer of Wrath special rule when charging.

Captain Mia'Moja(Salamanders)
As Brother Captain Centos
Replace Power Fist with Master-Crafted Power Fist
Replace Chapter Tactics(Ultramarines) with Chapter Tactics(Salamanders)
Replace Hail of Bolter Fire with the following:
Slayer of Monsters
Captain Mia'Moja has the Monster Hunter special rule.

Replace Hail of Bolter Fire with the following:
Gritty Combatant:
When making close combat attacks, Brother Captain Hundert ignores the Specialist Weapon special rule.

Shadow Captain Rau
As Brother Captain Centos
Replace Chapter Tactics(Ultramarines) with Chapter Tactics(Ravens Guard)
Replace Hail of Bolter Fire with the following:
Eyes of the Raven:
Shadow Captain Rau's Shooting Attacks have the Precision Shots and Ignores Cover special rules.

Iron Captain Ćead Duine
As Brother Captain Centos
Replace Chapter Tactics(Ultramarines) with Chapter Tactics(Iron Hands)
Replace Hail of Bolter Fire with the following:
More Machine than Man:
Once per turn, Iron Captain Ćead Duine may reroll one Feel No Pain roll or It Will Not Die roll.

The White scars captain feels a little weak IMO. Just give him HoW all the time. The other ones look okay.

I went to Hershey Park in central PA this year, and I have to say I was more than a little disappointed. I fully expected the entire theme park to be make entirely of chocolate, but no. Here in America, we have "building codes," and some other nonsense about chocolate melting if don't store it someplace kept below room temperature.

As Brother Captain Centos
Replace Chapter Tactics(Ultramarines) with Furious Charge
Replace Hail of Bolter Fire with the following:
Unfettered Assault:
Brother Captain Suta and his unit gain the Relentless special rule.

Company Master Dofurcas(Dark Angels)
As Brother Captain Centos
Replace Chapter Tactics(Ultramarines) with Grim Resolve
Add the Deathwing special Rule
Twin-pronged Approach:
Company Master Dofurcas and his unit ignore the penalty for Disordered Charges and can reroll one or both dice when determining charge range.

Replace hail of bolter fire with this special rule: "For the Wolf Time!" Everyone within 12" of Battle Leader Ceud gets +1 A for one turn. This can only happen once per game.

How's that?

I went with a battle leader because all of the great companies have existing wolf lords, so I thought that was the best alternative. So bump up Ceud's price to 90 points but keep his Centos stats so he's balanced and the fluff still makes sense.

For GK perhaps...

Replace Centos' special rule with "The Emperor Protects!"; Increase all nearby Grey Knight models invulnerable save by one. This ability happens at the start of the turn and may be only used once per game.

All of the Space Marine Chapters have existing Captains in all of their Companies as well. It isn't a hindrance to me.

The GK version would have to be based on the base Bro Captain since it wouldn't make sense for him to not be psychic like the rest of his chapter. But that ability is a neat addition.

Naw, he would get ML1 instead of Chapter Tactics. A bit of a lopsided trade, but then he could have a little less potent special ability.

That feels very underwhelming though considering what he gives as an ultramarine. The effect needs to be not on himself, but his army to be good IMO.

That is certainly true. Most of the abilities I have made do affect the group. I will think some more on it.
