I want to use the Decurion Formation but that eats up a load of points and there are some specifics I want to add (2 Annihlation Barge and 1 Stalker and 1 Cryptek with Shroud. I am confused by the subformations so I think I am forced to do 1 CAD if I am missing something, please let me know.

Decurion:
Overlord warscythe
2 x 20 Warriors
2 x 10 Immortals Tesla
1 x 4 Tomb Blades (Vanes,Nebs, Particle Beamer)
1 x Monolith

CAD
1 x Cryptek
1 x Immortals Tesla
1 x Stalker
2 x Barge

The idea is to use the decurion to boost the reanimation, hide the stalker behind the monolith and use it as moving cover and to boost BS. The monolith is there to move units out of harms way and hopefully to enhance the stalker boost. The Cryptek and Overlord attach to one immortal squad and deep strike in late game to steal objectives. The barges provide the heavy fire and the tomb blades are there to do some hoard control.

Obviously all the warriors and immortals are max size so any suggestion to change would be appreciated.

Correct! The only way to get Annihilation Barges in a Decurion is to take an Annihilation Nexus, which also requires a Doomsday Ark. Your CAD is illegal though. CADs are a minimum of one HQ and two Troops. Your Decurion is also illegal. You must have an Auxiliary choice on top of the Reclamation Legion to make it legit.

A couple more items:
1. When playing don't forget that anything taken for the CAD stays at 5+ RP. Only units in the Decurion (Reclamation Legion + Auxiliary) are 4+.
2. Overlords, Crypteks and Immortals don't have Deep Strike. You need to buy a Veil of Darkness for your Overlord or Cryptek for that plan to work.
3. A Warrior squad of 20 is pretty cumbersome. I find that 15 is the perfect number. 10 is fine, too.
4. Gauss Immortals are much better than Tesla especially in a Decurion because they have Relentless, so can assault after shooting their rapid fire weapons. Maybe keep Tesla in your CAD, but run Gauss in the Decurion.
5. Barges and Monoliths are pretty bad, but if you want to field them for cool factor don't let me dissuade you.

I hope this helps!

Thanks for the help. I decided to lose the cryptek, barges and shaved some warriors. The only thing I couldn't part with was the Stalker so I lost the CAD and went with the judicator battalion and added a second unit of tomb blades it also allowed me to pull the immortals back into the decurion. Overall I think it is much stronger and with 2 units of praetorians and another tomb blade I have made up for the loss of teleporting with pure speed. Only question is what to arm the praetorians with, They both seem powerful.

BTW most of it is aesthetics and what I have with Immortals. I like the look of testla carbines and anticipate rolling a lot of 6s to ddisgust opponents.

I also am going to keep the Monlith because I own one and I like the idea of a slow moving mountain that can grab troops and redeploy through the door. If it doesn't work I will get two night scythes.

Decurion:
Overlord warscythe
1 x 15 Warriors
1 x 12 Warriors
3 x 10 Immortals Tesla
2 x 4 Tomb Blades (Vanes,Nebs, Particle Beamer)
1 x Monolith

Judicator Battalion
2 x 5 Praetorians
1 x Stalker

Looks good! Yeah, try the Monolith. It can be good if you use it smart, but overall it's pretty underwhelming once your opponent realizes it can be ignored. 2x Night Scythes are much stronger. They're wicked fast, give you anti-air defence and dish out more damage. Regarding arming the Praetorians, rods are better against 2+/3+ and blades/casters against 4+/5+. I run one of each for the flexibility. If you want to stick with one though, rods will give you more bang for your buck.

Honestly this is a good list. I think if you pared the 12 warriors back to 10 so that you could make it 3 units of three Tomb blades (they are so good for mobile scoring...). Just be aware that Eldar outrange your shooting by some ways. Everything is 24". If you wanted to make this more abe to handle that, maybe drop one unit of immortals to enlarge your praetorian squads. This means that you can deep strike them, or jump them up, eternity gate your warriors or some immortals and have maybe three dangerous units in your opponents grill, rather than moving the army up piecemeal and getting kited.... Just a thought.
