I've seen some folks use rhino doors to replace the sponsons on the stormwolf but does anyone know what might fit as a replacement to the front door/ramp?

The front ramp looks like the same as the front ramp on a land raider. Though they don't make any different ones of those, just the upper door for the land raider is the one they make with chapter specific symbols on. So you would have to make your own to change it out.
