I found a few Ruined and destroyed Necrons in my garage form about 6 years ago and they had parts missing and were over painted in parts, I bought them of somebody at my local Games Workshop years ago and instead of throwing them away I decided I would begin to create a Necron army using them, due to the bad condition I found these models in I decided I would use that decay/destruction within my theme, I will post more pictures of models that I add to the collection within this thread along with detailed images when I get the chance to take some.
