Living in China makes it hard to get FW deliveries so I switched from DKOK to Oprheus Style Crons (visually). Still a 40k noob and new to Necrons. I just really like (most of) their models. Plus it is easy to paint up a decent number of points

I am pretty set on this list based on research and reading. I am just curious if this is the best loadout. I could free up some points to maybe get another Wraith. What do you think? Any feedback? This is going to be a hard to kill tarpit army, the Spyder can spawn more Scarabs or repair the Wraiths if needed. Retribution Phalanx can additionally meat shield the Spyder. Thanks!

Formation 1: Retribution Phalanx
1x Overlord w/ Warscythe, Phylactery, Phase Shifter - 140
1x Triarch Stalker w/Heat Ray - 125
12x Necron Warriors - 156
3x Canoptek Scarabs - 60

Formation 2: Canoptek Harvest
1x Canoptek Spyder w/ Fabricator Claw Array, Gloom Prism, Twin-Linked Particle Beamer - 75
3x Canoptek Wraiths w/ Whip Coils - 129
3x Canoptek Scarabs - 60

Total 745 points

As you move up in points you are going to want to loose all of the upgrades on the spiders. But as it stands it's a fine list of a bit overpowered for most casual low point level players.

Thanks for the hint, I'll see to magnetize it (Spyder is the only kit I haven't assembled yet).
