I am new to Malifaux. I understand that there is a limit to the number of Masters that can be deployed per game, but what about Henchmen and other characters? For instance, can I have two "Angel Eyes" on the board at the same time?

Welcome to malifaux! Some models have a "rare" value printed on their card (up at the top where it says their name and henchmen or minion or whatever). This tells you how many of a model can be on the table at once. To clarify, both you and your opponent can both have an angel eyes, but because she has rare 1 printed on her card, only one angel eyes can be fielded per crew.
