Ok, hopefully I haven't bitten off more than I can chew.
40k is seeing a huge boom at my local gamestore. We are doing a slow grow league to get the new guys up to speed... and I'm going to paint a Dread Mob. The Forgeworld Dread Mob.
Need help though. Here's what I'm planning for a 1250 point list (largest in the slow grow).

HQ : Kustom Meka-Dread, 2x Kill saw, Kustom Force Field

Troops
3x Deff Dreads, 3x Power Klaw and Scorha, 3x Power Klaw and Skorcha, 3x Power Klaw and Rokkit
Gretchin Scavenger Mob
Spanna Boyz Mob, 12 Shootas w/ Mek and a Choppa

Fast Attack
5x Killa Kans with Grotzookas
3x Killa Kans with Rokkits
3x Killa Kans with Rokkits

I don't want to go crazy over what I could actually use without the Forgeworld Dread Mob list. (I'm not going to add more Deff Dreads or Killa Kans, for instance). A Morkanaugt might work. What am I missing? I'm not trying to be super competative, but I don't want glaring weaknesses either (AP 2 only in assault, I understand).

Rokkits an deffdreads = useless..betteroff with big shoota or skorcha..(my favorite load out is 2 claw 1 big shoota, 1 scorcha)

Big Track ..Flakka Gunz..or lootas in a Junka..(something that works as AA)

Buzzgob stompa
or
a gorkanaught krushing crew formation ..
or a Killblast
or a Killkrusha

Why are the rokkits useless on the deff dread? Sorry for being dense, have a week-old baby.

Looking at adding a double avenger cannon knight at 1850... I don't want more forgeworld or big conversions (Meka Dread may wreck me).
