This is my first attempt at a small point list with Space Marines.

That's actually a 760-Point List (I assume because it didn't properly count in the 10 Points for the Multi-Melta on the Land Raider Redeemer).

I would also recommend something else for Heavy Support since (if I'm understanding your list correctly) your Land Raider Redeemer will either be carrying nothing or carrying a lone Techmarine (which defeats the purpose of taking such a vehicle).

But: If you wanted to keep the list roughly how it is, my recommendation would be to get rid of the Rhino for the for the first squad (leaving you 25 points to spare if you keep the MM on the Land Raider Redeemer),, give the Techmarine Auspex, and give the Sergeants in both Tactical Squads a Combi-Plasma or Combi-Melta.

IIRC a redeemer is only 240 points, the list is 750 not 760.

If it is, my bad. It's still a relatively bad choice given that it's at most going to be transporting the Techmarine, and you could (probably) get more firepower than a Land Raider of any type for the same amount of points.
