So, as the title says, I'm looking for models of similar appearance to the GW end times spirit host models.

I'm not looking for alternate models for the host themselves, but other models that will compliment them when used side by side. "formless" ghosts of sorts,of various sizes, from infantry scale up to MC scale.

Anyone know any such models?

can neither confirm nor deny I lost track of what I've got right now.

I'm not sure of the size, or if it'd be available in Bones, but reaper does have this great figure:

Empire flagellates with the feet cut off, a touch of greenstuff, the eyes drilled out and painted appropriately works well.

The bottom half of the vampire counts mortis engine, nagash's ghost buddies, mortarchs have a bunch of ghost bits, most of the newer vampire kits have a few ghosts and apparitions floating about in them.

The stuff from the Coven Throne also has a similar feel. Failing that, the banshees from the same set.

Hell, I'm not that bothered by the Stormraven. Why? Because, as it stands right now, it's "limited use".When it's shoehorned in to the Codex: Space Marines, then yeah. I'll be irked.

Well, these ARE spirit hosts, only natural they'll fit in with other spirit hosts

A bit too focused on the skeletons than the actual spirits, but it has potential.

In what way do they fit the "formless" asthetic? it could be a ghost, but a totally different type than I'm looking for.

Mortis engine has ghostly knights, not formless ghosts. not what I'm looking for. nagash and co. have more spirit hosts around them, but nothing added.

As said, these are very well formed ghosts, not at all what I'm looking for.

It seems nobody quite understands what I'm looking for. probably my fault for failing to find the right words for it.
What I'm looking for are ghosts that have a "it could have been anyone" look it it, and are not tied to any spesific era/type (like the mortis are clearly knights), with as little as possible "skeletal body" involved, perhaps even models that are passable as spirits when properly painted (such as the transcendent C'tan, though he specifically is impossible to get in halfway sane price), energy beings of sorts.

Perhaps malifaux sorrows (there are two versions, 6 poses total) and poltergeist?

Yes, these are excellent.
Do you happen to know how they compare in size to warhammer minis?

Could only find one "version" of the sorrows though (so 3 poses), if you got a link to the other, I'd be grateful.
EDIT: apperantly, the other 3 "poses" are simply an older model version. not quite as good looking, but goot enough. the poltergeist also has an old model.

Also, if anyone has anything else of similar styles.

Cool, you found them, so yeah it's 8 different models total over 2 editions.
Malifaux is roughly 32mm although the scaling is all over the place. Th Pandora model next to them in the box sets will be 32mm.
They'll work fine up against GW models and formless spirits can be any size, right?
They would be super easy to greenstuff with some GW ghouls.
