Was having some drinks with other east coast tournament goers yesterday and we all realized that we haven't seen any of our scores update in the ITC rankings from any tournaments in the past few months.

Not blaming anyone, but it's a bit odd to see that the west coast tournaments are clearly having an impact on the rankings but the east coast ones aren't getting counted. Meanwhile in the tournament results most all of them can be found (one seems to be missing from Battle Grounds, which had another RTT about a month and a half ago) - Is Frontline/ITC experiencing some technical difficulties in the move over to Best Coast Pairings?

I'd shoot the ITC guys an email - I think the reason you see west coast events (generally) auto-going in is they're the early adopters of the "bestcoastpairings" app, which auto-updates into the rankings. However since we generally don't use it (yet at least) on the east coast, we're left with manual updates/submitting scores, which usually has a delay.

I had a couple of events I participated in not up yet and I just emailed Frankie, some of the scores the TO's hadnt submitted, some they had and they just hadn't been added in yet, but he was pretty responsive in fixing it all.

Ok. Again not trying to cause problems on this one, just curious why such a large block of tournaments didn't seem to be getting counted, especially when I see the results in on the match results for BestCoast.

Well, 'm still waiting for my 2nd tourney to show up from APR. Not sure if the venue is at fault or ITC software.

Hey guys, Dakka isn't the best place to reach out about any ITC issues.

The best place to go is: ITC@BestCoastPairings.com as they now manage the database.

If you are missing a score, make sure your name is spelled correctly as if it is spelled wrong, you may have two scores. Or, if you used 2 different email addresses at events, that will also trigger a separate player profile.

Secondly, make sure to see that your event has been uploaded on the ITC Events Results page. https://www.frontlinegaming.org/2016-itc-event-results/

If you don't see it on the list, reach out to your TO as they may have caught a case of the Procrastinations and simply not submitted it to us, yet. Encourage your TO to use the App, it takes all of the leg work out of the equation and makes things so dang easy.

But what is your suggestion. When a Tournament months ago is still not logged, myself, Kenny and even Fennel emailed and asked repeatedly for results to be sent in.

They advertise as an ITC point event, obviously it draws a better crowd in most cases. Take the tourney fee's give out store credit, which is all fine and dandy. But the point missing being reported is bothersome.

Myself and Kenny played in the finals and took the top 2 spots. So you can see, playing from a competitive level, and scoring well, we would want those points to be counted.

Yeah, that is frustrating.

Email with the event information so I can reach out to the TO and let him know he needs to uphold his end of the bargain and report the scores.

To resurrect this. Many players I know aren't having scores updated and TOs are swearing up and down that they have been submitted.
