Greetings! Trying to start a GorkaMorka campaign for people near warhammer world, Nottingham. My first time running a campaign, so fingers crossed it doesn't end in a flop. People who are interested please leave a message below! With a name of your warband! I'm gonna cheat and use the rules that MWG have adapted for warhammer 40k rules. For the first few games I will moderate as GM so people can get familiar with the rules. The resources you will need are: Base rules: http://the-lost-and-the-damned.664610.n2.nabble.com/GorkaMorkA-Core-Rulebooks-PDFs-td6598470.html Modifications: http://www.miniwargaming.com/gorkamorka It probably won't get started until September as I have some summer travel plans and no orks currently, but this should give people adequate time to build up their warbands. So just to get people started, please make a list of orks using 100 teef. The costs can be found in the DaUvverBook. You will need at least 1 nob, 2 boys, 1 spanner (per vehicle), and a vehicle. Scratchbuilding and converting are highly encouraged, but by no means is it required. When your models are ready, feel free to share your images! Till then, Taemu

Glad to have you onboard!
My order from Kromlech arrived earlier than expected, so I have been working on my vehicle.
Here is a WIP photo!
Finished Trukk!
Second vehicle done! A converted trakk this time.
Got some orks done! Only 5 more to go. Also changed the original chain on the wrecking ball to an actual chain.

In order to gain some traction, as I would like at least 4 people playing, here is a quick guide to build your mob! Come on people, don't let my attempt at starting a campaign fail before it even starts! Will be looking at playing at 4 - 8 missions/scenarios in total, and 1 finale match. But those details will be discussed at a closer date. Building your Mob! Are you a Gorka? Or a Morka? If you feel the only way to beat your opponents is to whack them with a choppa, you are a Gorka. If you feel the need for speed, then you’re a Morka. Your mob will need a minimum of a nob, 2 boyz , spanner (1 per vehicle) and a vehicle. All your foot units need to be able to fit on the vehicle, so if they can’t physically fit, you’re gonna need a bigger boat. It doesn’t matter if there is no proper standing space on the vehicle, as long as they can fit and balance on the vehicle. You start with 100 teef. So the minimum cost will be: Nob… 12 teef 2 Boyz… 2x5 teef 1 Spanner… 6 teef Small buggy (can fit a maximum of 4 models)… 15 teef Total: 43 teef, which gives you 47 teef to upgrade your boyz and trukk Once you have built your mob, you will need to select who is the driver/s and who is the gunner/s. The driver choice is somewhat permanent; if you want to swap the driver later you will need to let them have a bar fight. I suggest labelling every model on the underside of the base to keep track of who is who, especially important for experience points. It's not always easy to play WYSIWYG, especially since equipment will change over the course of the campaign so it will not be a requirement. The costs of equipment and gubbins will be taken from the MWG modified rules, page 10 and 12 respectively. Example Mob List I'm gonna be a Morka cause I want to see my trukk run everyone over. Nob armed with a 'Uge Choppa and 'Eavy Armour... 12 + 2 + 7 = 21 Spanner armed with default knives and flak armour... 6 +2 = 8 Boy 1 armed with default knives and flak armour... 5 + 2 = 7 Boy 2 armed with a blunderbuss and flak armour... 5 + 1 + 2 = 8 Buggy with a rokkit launcher, wrecker ball... 15 + 13 + 10 = 38 Brings me to a total of 82 teef, leaving me with 18 teef. The spanner will be the assigned driver, and boy 1 is the gunner.

I can't do the a campaign as I will only be in the UK for a week or two was just wondering

When I saw someone had posted on my thread, there was a small glimmer of hope.
Nonetheless, to answer your question. The bulk of the campaign will be using the rules from MWG, where they have modified the rules to work with warhammer40k. And some of the scenario rules I plan to use are from this site.
