Subject: Looking For Proxy Demigryph Knights

Hi, all!
I'm building a "counts as Empire" samurai army, and while I'm good to go on most of the minis, I can't seem to find good Demigryph proxies. I was hoping to use something like temple dogs or dragons, but the ones I've found are not the right size for the monstrous cavalry bases. Has anyone on Dakka seen something that would work? I'm really hoping for some variation, thus why I decided against using the Reaper "Oriental Dragon" mini.
For those interested, my proxies thus far are:
General: Wargames Factory Samurai Cavalry
Greatswords: Wargames FactorySamurai w/ Katana
Spearmen, Swordsmen, Halberdiers: Wargames Factory Ashigaru
Handgunners, Archers: Wargames Factory Ashigaru w/ Ranged Weapons
Steam Tank: Reaper "Wyrmgear" mini w/ wings removed
Wizards: Reaper Geisha minis
Warrior Priests: Reaper monk minis
General on Griffon: Wrath of Kings House Shael Han Fulung Devourer
Helstrom Rocket Battery: War of Spanish Succession plastic cannons, with heavy conversion.
Any other cool ideas would be welcome. As soon as my 25mm bases arrive I'll start putting minis together, and post the results on my blog (link in signature).

I might be mistaken, but i thought titan forge was kickstarting a samurai fantasy army which has the exact things your looking for. I think i saw the picture on beasts of war a month ago.
