I assume by the list your not aiming for super competitive so with that in mind here are some points to optimize your list for what it is:

I'd take a nurgle sorcerer with the spawn, give the spawn mark of nurgle for 6 toughness.

the 20 csm I'd make them slaanish and give them the feel-no-pain banner to make them just that much tougher to kill

give your 2 havoc squads autocannons instead of heavy bolters, they're way better and doing heavy bolter models counts-as autocannons is pretty legit

if you can split your terminators into 2 3-man squads so they can go after 2 targets

if you stick a jump pack on your second lord he will give the 20 CSM reroll on their charge distance (according to the new faq)

A couple of things for you!
1) If you are taking the second chaos lord to simply be a token to hold the BBoS, I wouldn't bother giving him the Sigil or Melta Bombs. You clearly are ok with sinking points into a fat body guard for him
2) Speaking of which, since the lord is fearless, you don't benefit much from the VotLW. Perhaps cultists would be better sponges anyway. In fact, don't you want your lord to be mobile so he can get into position? Perhaps give him a bike and chaos spawn.
3) Consider dozer blades. Immobilized rhinos are a bummer. Just 5 points!
4) Good job taking Daemonic Possession on the Vindicator, but the Combi-Bolter is a waste as the cannon is Ordinance. Also, Vindicators never work well alone, you need some armor saturation. I wouldn't take less than two, and try to use the rhino to shield them when you can.
5) I think most people have found Havocs work better with reaper autocannons than heavy bolters, as the higher strength makes up partially for the fewer shots, and allows them to be fired at armored targets as well, rather than being forced into the dedicated anti-infantry role.

I should have given a bit more info perhaps.


I am against a space wolf army full of storm shields (hence why I have picked the heavy bolters just to offload more fire power.)

and also its not a super competitive game.

i do like the slannesh idea on the 20 csm for fnp.

I would consider multiple rhinos...

Something like this

jugger lord and spawn

lord and chosen w 2 flamers 3 plasma in rhino with additional combimelt

2 x chosen as above minus the lord.

2 x Cultist squads because you have to

2 x havocs 2 flamers 2 plasma in rhino w combimelta

Mayhem pack with heavy flamer and plasma cannon
or Obliterators.

Flame from inside your bawkses when you isolate a unit dismount and unload 4 to 6 plasma from two squads. The obliterators or mayhem pack deep strikes to disorganize his charge at your bawks wall.
