If you take MoT on the sorcerers you have to use one level of mastery on the tzeentch powers,

I would drop the MoT and take 1 bio, 1 tel, 1 santic... hammer hand is just to good not to take a roll on, and sanctuary only drawback is daemons treat all ground as dangerous terrain , but the dogs as beasts ignore all terrain
